Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your product to our warehouse.

Important: Please note that items that are part of a CLEARANCE SALE (it is specified underneath the title of the product) are not eligible for a refund or return.

For items eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply use our Return Portal .

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please note the shipping costs are borne by the client.

Upon receiving the products that you returned, our team will inspect the state of the items to determine if they are in the same condition as they were when you received them. They will check to see if it is unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, in its original packaging.

Returns are refunded via store credit redeemable on and the process is straightforward. You can simply return your items using our  Return Portal and this will be processed right away.

Please Note: If you haven't received an email update from us in 2 days after registering your return on our returns portal, search your email for Return Application - Update or check your Promotions Tab.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (i.e. unboxed cosmetics), custom products (i.e. personalized items), personal care goods (i.e. beauty products), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids (i.e. fragrances). We also don't accept refunds on occasional sale clearances, items that are on sale discounted from their full price, or products bought using coupon codes that are $100 or more normally given on special occasions.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
